If your products arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Upon arrival, please immediately open your package and inspect the condition of the cheese and the temperature of the cold packs.

If there is any damage or quality concern, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label as evidence for our quality control team.
